Shipping 

  • Our stock is most of the times limited. We try to make these unique and stock only limited amount. Or when we find the fabric we really love it happens to be a limited edition so this could be a reason why your favorite pants end up out of stock. However, when some items are very popular and we can get fabric in we can prolong supply - please contact us when you can not find your favorite pair! 

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING within UK. Most of our orders are processed within 1-4 business days after payment is received. When shipping takes longer it can be due to us not being present or on holiday. Please contact us if your order is delayed.

  •  Items are shipped first class in UK

  • Please  CONTACT US for details and arrangement of INTERNATIONAL shipping.

  • For International Shipping: 

  • Please note that International shipping delivery times will vary due to various custom rules, laws and regulations. All INTERNATIONAL customers are responsible for the custom rates within their country. We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

    Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

  • We accept PAYPAL.

 

Returns

  • We totally get it if your wamba pants do not fit perfectly and you decide to send them back.

  • Please make sure you ship them back within 3 days with labels on and unworn. Only items in perfect condition will be refunded.

  • You can request for a full refund or to ask for exchange. Please contact us ASAP and let us know what would you like to do. 

  • We are kindly asking you to take care of your shipping costs on return items and MUST be trackable. Please note we wont be able to take responsibility for lost items.

  • Refund will be send within 48 hours after the return delivery.

  • We won't be able to give you refund if the package never arrives and there is no tracking number.

  • For International Shipping - Customs, Duties and Taxes:

    For custom fees, duties, taxes (when applicable): Customs fees, duties & taxes incurred in either direction of the transaction are not refundable and we will deduct any customs fees from your refund/credit that is incurred to us to be able to sign for your returned item. Documentation will be provided by email for this deduction as a scan of the receipt upon request.

 

EXCHANGES 

  • You can exchange the item to a different size or a different model if the same item is in stock or you can ask for a different model.
